Prepared in June 2016 by National Traveller MABS. In this submission we call for the need for a new financial model of micro lending to be made available to people who are financially excluded. One of our recommendations is that The Department of Environment, Community and Local Government to insist on the provision of caravan loans for Travellers in all local authorities in the Republic of Ireland.
